If you, like I am at the moment, spent your time writing PHP scripts for a medium sized database backend, this application is nice to have.

MySQL Glossary Builder

It builds a glossary of your database structure. The databasestructure I use is to large to recall all the tablenames and fieldnames from my memory. By using the glossary you save yourself the time of switching between your terminal/bbedit and phpmyadmin. And the chance of making typo’s is reduced as well.
