Sigh…
This music video so made my day today. It’s a cover of Joy Divison’s Ceremony by Radiohead.
Like they say at the end of video: “and now what?!”.
Work I guess :)

Today I went with a friend to the play “Angels in America”.
Toneelgroep Amsterdam was the company playing the piece. 5,5 hours with only 1 break of 25 minutes. Wow!
The play is about the gayscene in the mid eighties in New York where AIDS was at his full force. Alongside the AIDS storyline, there are the political issues and the religious groups (jews, mormons, catholics) which keep the story-lines going.
Practically all the music played was from David Bowie.
It was awesome. Really really great. The story was great, the acting was excellent.
Searching the torrent sites now for the miniseries.

Finished reading the book of Herman Brusselmans yesterday. And I am watching the movie as we speak. It’s awesome. The Flemish version of Trainspotting and The Commitments.
You really wonder how they managed to make the sets that filthy :)
IMDB link
Absolutely recommended.

Today there was a free dance performance of a solo dancer(Massimo Molinari) who dances with the group
Krisztina de Chatel. The dance was inspired by the photography exhibit Nazar in the “Fries Museum”.
The Dance was very powerfull and quit intense. The public had to follow the dancer through the exhibition. Nice to see how people make room when a dancer comes close to the public.
At the end the dancer dissapeared and showed up in the passage covered in a Bhurka. While dropping the forbidden fruit (a bunch of apples) he broke free from his covering.
Overall rating: 8 / 10
